Organized by the Brazil-Texas Chamber of Commerce (BRATECC) in partnership with Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy, the 3rd Brazil Summit will bring together business leaders, policymakers, and industry experts to explore opportunities for stronger cooperation between Brazil and Texas.
