DESCRIPTION:On March 9th\, 2022\; the Brazil-Texas Chamber of Commerce had their third annual ceremony celebrating the "Person of the Year and Company of the Year Award" which pays tribute to the person and the company that have shown outstanding performance in economic\, scientific\, trading\, educational\, and social relations between Brazil and the United States\, and have promoted and achieved great benefit between the two nations. This year the event took place during the CERAWeek and was held at the Hilton Post Oak by the Galleria. BRATECC delivered the awards during a dinner\, which was preceded by a networking cocktail reception.\n\n\n\nAstronaut Marcos Pontes\, Minister of Science\, Technology and Innovation of Brazil\, has been selected as BRATECC's "Person of the Year" based on his outstanding leadership to improve the relationship between Brazil and the United States\, particularly the Great State of Texas. We are also honored\, United Airlines\, a world renowned company and leader in the airline industry\, as BRATECC's "Company of the Year" in recognition to its commitment to the development of the airline sector between the U.S. and Brazil\, which proudly serves for 30 years.\n\n\n\nWriting by Daniel Zambrano.
